Paper: My Mind's Eye; Hero Arts stamp; leaves: Zva Creative; flowers: Prima & Kaiser; chipboard birdcage: Kaiser; punches: EK Success; die-cuts: flourish-Spellbinders, Magnolia; doily - Cheery Lynn Designs; Distress Inks.
I also used a sketch from Scrap Friends found here. They have fabulous sketches so definitely worth a look.
