The background has many, many layers of watercolour and the die-cuts are all left overs (my Silhouette no longer has a cutter - I tried to clean it by following a tutorial then ended up breaking it - not happy!). The chipboard is from 'wycinanka'. Gorgeous chipboard I won from a SATW challenge.
