Scrap Around The World - Challenge #5 - No.2

I never enter the same challenge twice, but there is always a first time, such as this.
The current challenge at Scrap Around The World is this:


This particular layout I actually started doing before my last entry, but 3/4's of the way through decided not to continue with it because I wasn't sure about it. But then the other day thought I may as well finish it otherwise it will just sit there with no particular purpose. So now it's done. My inspiration is the theatrical mask/face painting:
