CSI - Case File #133 - Special Agent

Thank you for dropping in.

Being the first of the month, there are many new reveals all over scrapland. I always the love the first of the month for this reason, it's always exciting to see what other crafters have been busy doing. Plenty of inspiration abounds.

Being Friday, it is also the release of the new CSI Case File - #133. I love it:

My eldest daughter wanted me to do a layout of her, as she also loved the colours.
So I did a digital layout (I'm wanting to develop my digi skills which is why I've been doing a few lately):

CSI - Case File S365-7

Hello all,

The new CSI and Scrap365 Case File has just been revealed. This month I'm a Special Agent over at CSI, and I can tell you there are some fabulous files coming out in the next weeks.
In the meantime, here is Case File S365-7:

This is how I solved the case:

 - I used all the colours in the scheme

Evidence used:

 - I used everything except for stripes and labels

The testimony:

 - The words, 'happiness' and 'high'.

My background on this layout didn't quite work out as I had planned, but that's just the way it goes sometimes.:-)

There is the whole month of August to be able to play along with this file, so plenty of time to enter. Hope to see you there!

Prima PPP - Guest Designer

Hello everyone!

The Prima PPPP has just been released and it is so soft and pretty.

My version:

Apart from some vellum and book paper, all paper, flowers, embellishments are Prima. I was inspired by the hot-air balloon on the background paper. I love the shape of them (not sure I'm brave enough to go up on one though).

And some close-ups:

I used a Prima stencil and mixed paint with texture paste and added glitter.

I also added glitter to my clouds. I love a little sparkle.

Prima BAP - Guest Designer

Hello everyone,

I am so thrilled to say I am a Guest Designer over at Prima this month. It is such a wonderful honour, I feel very blessed.

The Prima BAP by Lene Bjornerud has just been released and it's inspirational!
Here is the sketch:

And my version:

Everything on the page is, of course, Prima. The paper, flowers, embellishments and alphas. I used mists to colour most of the papers to suit the background piece which was from the 'Sunrise-Sunset' Collection. The other papers I used were from the older collections, 'Annalee' and 'Fairy Rhymes'.
